Troubleshooting

Check browser permissions:
  • Chrome/Edge: Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Microphone
  • Opera: Settings > Privacy & security > Site settings > Microphone
  • All browsers: Look for microphone icon in address bar and click to allow access
Ensure Verve AI has permission to use your microphone.
The browser version only supports browser-based video calls. For desktop meeting apps (Zoom desktop, Teams desktop, etc.), use the Desktop App which supports all meeting platforms.
Stealth mode is not available in the browser version. Use the Desktop App to access stealth mode, transparent overlay, and screen capture hotkeys.
Make sure you’re using Chrome and have installed the Verve AI Chrome extension. Launch a copilot session first, then click the extension icon to capture. For hotkey-based capture, consider the Desktop App.
Currently, only Chrome, Edge, and Opera are supported. For Coding/OA Copilots, Chrome is required. Consider using the Desktop App for broader compatibility.
