Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, follow these steps to complete the process:
1. Log into Your Account
Start by logging into your account on the platform.
2. Access the Account Management Page
Click on Manage Account in the top left-hand corner of the screen, just below your account name. From the account page, click the Manage button.
3. Cancel Subscription
Select the settings for your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
What Happens When You Cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, your access to all features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel after 6 months on a yearly plan, you’ll still have full access to the platform for the remaining 6 months. Your subscription will officially end once the full period you’ve paid for concludes.
Yearly Subscription Commitment
Verve AI’s yearly subscription plan is billed upfront, meaning you make a one-time payment covering the entire year. While cancellations are available at any time, refunds for unused portions of the year are not provided unless there is a technical issue caused by Verve AI. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. This plan is ideal for users preparing for an extended job search or hiring season.
Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel during an active billing cycle, please note that we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the cycle. However, your access to the platform will continue uninterrupted until the end of the current billing cycle. For more detailed information, refer to our Refund Policy.
