# Download interview transcription

> View and download your interview transcriptions from Verve AI

Verve AI makes it easy to view and download your interview transcriptions. For accurate transcriptions, configure your [interview language](/guides/change-interview-language) and [pause interval](/guides/pause-interval) before interviews.

## Steps to Access and Export Transcripts

<Steps>
  <Step title="Visit the Report Dashboard">
    Go to the [Interview Reports Dashboard](https://www.app.vervecopilot.com/reports) to access your interview reports.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find Your Interview">
    Browse through the list to find the report you want to view.
  </Step>

  <Step title="View the Transcript">
    Click on **View Transcript** for that session to open the full transcription.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download the Transcript">
    To download the transcript, click the **"Transcripts"** button in the top-right corner of the report page.
  </Step>

That's it! You'll now have a downloadable version of your interview transcript.
